In the paper, the relationship between the use and appropriation of public spaces and the landscape quality are investigated in terms of technical performance and aesthetic perception. A study approach, that has been considered for the recovery of post industrial area has the Land Art a - Ecological Art. The applied research of LABA & A, Politecnico di Torino and Albertina Academy of Fine Arts with the City of Turin, is aimed at an innovative way to follow and complete the process design and execution of the new park of about 45,000 m², funded by the European Community.
